For payment option 1: Appointment/s that are rescheduled for any reason, you will still receive the hours you have paid for. You have a few options to use these hrs. towards a Deep cleaning (D/c are typically 5+hrs), You can use these hrs. for another property, or you can add an extra 1+ hrs. to your resumed cleaning service. (Monthly payments won't be paused nor are the hours refundable.)

At Banyan Tree I have created a couple different options to help folks save on their cleaning bill every month, ecspecially if your budget is already tight as it is!


Option 1: Monthly Payments 

No contracts, nor cancellation or hidden fees.

You pay Monthly for the hours you need in a month, and recieve my lowest rates.

  • 8 Hrs. gets you 2 cleans for $200/Mon.(Hourly rate of just $25/hr.
  • 12 Hrs. gets you 3 cleans for $240/Mon.(Hourly rate of just $20/Hr./ Mon.
  • 16Hrs. gets you 4 cleans for $320/Mon.(Hourly rate of just $20/Hr.) Mon.

0ption 2: Choose your rate based on your requested frequency. 

Just keeping it simple with these rates!!

  • Weekly cleaning - $30/Hr.(Min. 3 hrs)
  • Bi-weekly cleaning- $35/Hr.(Min. 3 hrs)
  • Monthly Cleaning- $40/Hr. (Min. 4 hrs.)
  • One-time cleaning- $45/Hr. (Min. 4 hrs.)
